Modern Creations Hair Salon stylists excel in customer service and have the talent to create anything imaginable. Please call to schedule your appointment! SALON POLICY! CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY! Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service. CHILDREN POLICY! For the comfort, safety, and relaxation of all guests, we kindly ask that children not receiving services remain at home. Our salon environment includes hot tools and chemicals, which can pose safety risks. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a calm, professional atmosphere.” HAIR COLOR & BLEACH POLICY FOR MINORS For the safety and well-being of our young guests, Modern Creations Hair Salon does not perform hair color, lightening, or bleach services on anyone under the age of 15, regardless of parental or guardian consent. We appreciate your understanding as this policy is in place to help protect the health and integrity of developing hair and scalp. NEED TO RESCHEDULE? We get it. Life happens sometimes and you need to adjust your hair plans. But canceling last minute or simply not showing up for your appointment hurts our stylists by them losing out on the time you've booked. This directly affects their pay and no one wants that. In order to serve you best and protect them, we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you do so by calling us at 941-485-2165 no later than 24 hours prior to your expected arrival time. Additionally, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best, but we may not be able to accommodate all requested services. Due to limited seating, and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff, accompanying friends and family cannot be accommodated, this includes children, so please come to your appointment alone. Only the person receiving the service is permitted on the salon floor. To help ensure a relaxing guest experience for everyone, all phones should be switched to vibrate mode. We ask that guests refrain from using audio communication ( such as Facetime) and mute any videos or music on streaming devices. CLOTHING POLICY Our salon will take all precautions to minimize the risk of color stains on clothing during the appointment. Guests are responsible for their own clothing choices during the color appointment. While we provide capes for protection, guests understand and accept that accidents may still occur despite our best efforts. Modern Creations Hair Salon is not responsible for any stained clothing or belongings. Guests are advised to inform their stylists if they have any concerns regarding the potential for color stains on their clothing or if they require any additional measures to protect their garments. PRICES! Service cost varies within the price range shown. Prices are subject to change & may vary based on specific requirements. PLATFORM CREDIT CARD FEES To continue providing you with a secure and convenient online booking and payment experience through GlossGenius, a 2.5% platform/credit card processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. This fee is charged by our secure payment platform! If you prefer to avoid this fee, we are happy to accept cash or check as payment in the salon. SERVICE SATISFACTION & CORRECTION POLICIES We want every client to be happy with their service. If you have a concern with your hair service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss the concern and, when appropriate, schedule a complimentary correction. Hair services are customized and results may vary depending on hair history, condition, previous color, chemical treatments, and the desired result. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically provided solely because a client is dissatisfied with the result. Any correction must be approved and performed by the salon. We reserve the right to decline a correction when the requested result differs from the original consultation, when the client has altered the hair after the appointment, or when the requested correction could compromise the health or integrity of the hair. GIFT CERTIFICATES! They are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. Gift certificates expire 12 months after purchase. The value will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service. PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA! Consent: By visiting our salon, you consent to having your photo taken and used for promotional purposes, including social media, unless you explicitly inform us otherwise. PRIVACY POLICY!
