Modern Creations Hair Salon is a locally owned, full-service hair salon that puts customers first. Our clean, chic appearance creates a desired atmosphere that you will not experience anywhere else. Modern Creations Hair Salon stylists excel in customer service and have the talent to create anything imaginable. Please call to schedule your appointment! SALON POLICIES! CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY! Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service. NEED TO RESCHEDULE? We get it. Life happens sometimes and you need to adjust your hair plans. But canceling last minute or simply not showing up for your appointment hurts our stylists by them losing out on the time you've booked. This directly affects their pay and no one wants that. In order to serve you best and protect them, we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you do so by calling us at 941-485-2165 no later than 24 hours prior to your expected arrival time. Additionally, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best, but we may not be able to accommodate all requested services. Due to limited seating, and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff, accompanying friends and family cannot be accommodated, this includes children, so please come to your appointment alone. Only the person receiving the service is permitted on the salon floor. To help ensure a relaxing guest experience for everyone, all phones should be switched to vibrate mode. We ask that guests refrain from using audio communication ( such as Facetime) and mute any videos or music on streaming devices. Clothing Policy: Our salon will take all precautions to minimize the risk of color stains on clothing during the appointment. Guests are responsible for their own clothing choices during the color appointment. While we provide capes for protection, guests understand and accept that accidents may still occur despite our best efforts. Modern Creations Hair Salon is not responsible for any stained clothing or belongings. Guests are advised to inform their stylists if they have any concerns regarding the potential for color stains on their clothing or if they require any additional measures to protect their garments. PRICES! Service cost varies within the price range shown. Prices are subject to change & may vary based on specific requirements. A 2,5% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions to cover the rising cost of credit card acceptance that we pay when cards are used. For your convenience, customers may avoid this extra fee by paying with cash or check. REFUNDS On occasion, there may be a time things don't go according to plan or adjustments need to be made to your haircut or color. We ask that you please give us the chance to correct or adjust whatever needs to be done. We want to do everything we can to make sure you are happy, but if you don't give us the opportunity, we cant. To that end, we ask you give your original stylist the opportunity to correct any issues. Keep in mind, a complimentary adjustment does not take place if you changed your mind about the hair service, in this scenario an additional charge can take place. In no circumstance will a refund be offered as our stylists time can not be given back. Please contact us within 7 days and we will be happy to arrange a consultation to determine whether any complimentary corrective services are required. GIFT CERTIFICATES! They are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. Gift certificates expire 12 months after purchase. The value will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service. PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA! Consent: By visiting our salon, you consent to having your photo taken and used for promotional purposes, including social media, unless you explicitly inform us otherwise. PRIVACY POLICY!
